I had the pleasure of listing my house with Ellie. I don't know what else to say, my house was listed for 2 days and after the first showing I had an offer for the full asking price of the house (even though I was told by other agents that the price was $25,000 to high and would not generate much interest at that price). Ellie did a wonderful job of promoting the house before listing and it definitely showed. During the selling process she was extremely helpful and always had almost immediate responses to any of my questions. Ellie obviously knows the area very well and knows how to promote a house to the correct market. I will be using her in the future for sure, she has my highest recommendation.
Listed, but didn't sell my Townhouse home in 2013 in Ellicott City, MD.
Ellie listed my home, but disorganization and communication made the process a mess. Almost every weekend she wanted to have an open house (which we accommodated) but she failed numerous times to list the open house on the MRIS or communicate with her open house agent (she never did her own open houses). House never sold, no offers.
Switched realtors and had multiple offers within the first couple weeks at the same list price.
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Baltimore, MD.
We purchased our first house with Ellie a couple of years ago and couldn't be happier with where we are located and the price we paid. Ellie and John helped us to find exactly what we are looking for. Due to a miscommunication on the seller's part during negotiations, Ellie generously cut her commission so that we could have the house for the price we offered!!
Bought a Townhouse home in 2010 for approximately $200K in Baltimore, MD.
My husband and I purchased our home in 2010. What a wonderful experience. We can not say enough wonderful things about the whole process with Ellie. She is extremely knowledgeable and we could not have asked for a better agent.
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Baltimore, MD.
Ellie helped me purchase my first home. In fact, she insisted on me seeing the house that I actually bought. While, I did see this house on the Internet, I didn't think that it was quite right for me. But Ellie had shown me several house int he past and knew what I was looking for and knew what was most important to me and my family, so I had to trust her. Upon her persistent determination for me to see this house, I caved in a saw the house. Not even a month later I am the proud owner of that house that I didn't think was right for me, but in the end, Ellie knew was the perfect fit.
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $450K in Ellicott City, MD.
Ellie McIntire & her entire team made our home buying experience not only enjoyable, but painless and lucrative.
Our first meeting was to find out what we were REALLY looking for, which was a journey of self discovery. Many things we did not even consider. Ellie took the time to only take us to homes that matched our criteria, which saved us a ton of time. We were torn between 3 great homes.
One of her biggest strengths is her ability to negotiate. We were actually prepared to pay a lot more for the house we ultimately selected, but we were very VERY happy with all of the terms above and beyond our expectations. I think we almost felt sorry for the sellers as they had a very weak agent working for them.
We love our new home and we refer Ellie and her team to all of our friends.
Sold a home in 2010 in Bethwood, Ellicott City, MD 21042.
Ellie was the seller's agent for the house we bought . Although we did not interact directly, Ellie has retained contact with us and I will surely look her team up when we are into buying or selling any real estate next time.
Listen -- Ellie is amazing. Of course, she has all the tools that any good realtor has (and she lists them in her Zillow bio). But what makes her stand out from other good realtors is her instincts. My mom is ha been a realtor for 25 years, so I'm familiar enough with the industry to know it when I see it. The best realtors instantly get to know their buyers as human beings and get a solid feel for what they want -- even when THEY don't know what they want. Those agents have a true talent to combine that "buyer's feel" with their knowledge of the local area. The result is a homebuying experience that feels...destined. Thanks to Ellie.
We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Arbutus, Halethorpe, MD 21227
We contacted Ellie to shows us several properties we were interested in. She set up an appointment for us to see the properties but never showed up. I do not recommend her, she will waste your time. When you're in the market to buy, time is a valuable thing. Her schedule is not at all flexible and her ability to accommodate you does not seem high on her list.

Audrey I am very sorry that you feel this way, but I was very much in touch with you. When we spoke on Thursday I requested that you forward the pre approval from the lender that you planned to use. Via e-mail I requested the proof of funds three times. None of my e-mails were returned. Our meeting was never confirmed for Saturday, but I did call you twice on that day. The only number you provided to me was a home number. If our meeting had been confirmed we would have met in the office first. I was at the office from 9am till 1pm. I am a professional Realtor who takes pride in helping every buyer and seller that I am lucky to work with, but I also have a policy to be provided with proof of funds prior to showing a property. In light of the recent killing of a Realtor, safety is top on our priority list and that's why we meet you at the office first.
