Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400K in Columbia, MD.
Ellie was very knowledgeable of the area and helped us narrow down the areas we were interested in and ultimately find the house that was right for us. Because it was a foreclosure, she jumped on it right away when we said we were interested in putting in an offer, and the made sure the entire process went smoothly. We were very happy with the process.

What can I say, Ellie was the gift that keeps on giving. I was in a townhouse for ten years with a growing family of five. Then I met Ellie and that rest is history. She found our family the perfect home to purchase and made sure we got the right price on the townhouse we sold. I couldn't be happier.

Ellie is an amazing. I have already used her twice for buying a home and renting a home. Each time she was consistent with her quality service. She continues to be involved with her clients to help out with home related questions or planning for the future even after the sale. Very impressed and appreciative of her and her help.

Ellie is very responsive- quick to return email and phone calls and super fast at answering any questions. She really understands the local neighborhoods and knows what is important to each customer- so she knows the best houses to show you (or how to get you the best price for your house if you're selling).

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $225K in St Augustine, FL.
We have done business with Ellie 4 times buying and selling and she is top notch in our estimation. We have recommended her to some friends and they were pleased with her as well. We no longer live in that area but if we ever come back, we will call her first because we know she will have our best interest at heart.
From 2002 until 2010 she assisted us.

Working with the McIntire Team made my attitude about house hunting, purchasing and selling do a 180! The McIntire team is the best the market has to offer. Ellie's team is incredibly knowledgable, was honest with us from the start, negotiated like hell for us and were very attentive to our needs. With all their hard work, my husband and I chose a home within six weeks of starting our search. When selling our home, they gave a list of recommendations which allowed us to be more competitive on the market and our house sold in nine days!
