I was born and raised in Chemung County and ‘grew up’ in a Real Estate and Insurance business, which my father started in the 1930’s. Except for time spent in Colleges in Utica and Buffalo, working in New York City and Buffalo, serving my country in the U.S. Navy, my own local experience spans over 30 years of Residential and Commercial Real Estate Listing and Sales. My association with RealtyUSA has greatly expanded my business and the services I can now offer to my Buyers and Sellers.
I am very involved with the Elmira-Corning Regional Board of REALTORS®, Inc., having served two terms as President, a Director for many years, Chairman of several Committees and a member of the Multiple Listing Committee. I have also served as a Regional Vice President for the New York State Association of REALTORS®, Inc., and have served on many committees and also Chairman of Several. I have been honored by having been named the REALTOR® Of-The-Year and have been inducted into the local REALTORS® Hall of Fame along with my father.
I believe in giving back and working with the community and am involved with many organizations, several of which are:
Horseheads Rotary, Past President and Paul Harris Fellow;
Horseheads Old Oak Masonic Lodge, Past Master; Horseheads Merchants Association; Amateur Radio Operator N2OJM; Chemung County Amateur Radio Emergency Services, Emergency Coordinator for Chemung County; Amateur Radio Relay League, District Emergency Coordinator for Chemung, Steuben and Schuyler County; Amateur Radio Association of the Southern Tier, Inc., Director.
