Elton is no stranger to the real estate profession, having spent 11 years as one of the areas top sales professionals, he has accomplished several outstanding achievements such as: 2002 thru 2008 he was awarded in front of his peers the RE/MAX 100% Club trophy, in 2003 Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR) accepted Elton into their 1-Million Dollar Club, 2004 Elton was accepted by CBR into their 5-Million Dollar Club, 2008 he was accepted into CBR's 10 Million Dollar Club. The Ohio Association of Realtors has acknowledged Elton's excellence in service by awarding him in 2003 thru 2010 into thier President Club. He was awarded the Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year by IncreaseDevelopmentCenter in 2007. Elton was inducted to the RE/MAX
Hall of Fame in 2008 . He was elected in the Heritage Who's Who in 2009. All this has taught him the importance of goal setting, time management, and system development. He also contributes his voluntary time to his local board (CBR) and served in 2004 as Co-Vice Chair of the Affordable Housing Committee, 2005 Served as Co-Chair on the Affordable Housing Committee. In 2006 Elton Served as Vice Chair on the Education Committee, and in 2007 Elton he Co-Chaired the Education Committee. Elton served on the Board of Directors at the Ohio Association of Realtors in 2006 thru 2008. Over the past 3 years he has volunteered his time to mentor new agents at CBR's Equal Opportunity Mentoring Program on the topic of networking and prospecting. Elton is also a member and sits on the Board of Directors at Columbus Chapter of NARAB Realtist Association in 2007 where he holds the position of 1st Vice President. Prior to starting his real estate career, Elton spent 2 years with Bank One in their home loan division. Before joining RE/MAX Champions in 2004, Elton worked for 5 years for a diverse range of organizations, including RE/MAX Tri-County, King Thompson Realtors, and Heritage Realty Company. In this role, Elton was a team leader for The Davis Team, Inc. and responsible for sales production, team development, and team training.
