Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Album Park, El Paso, TX.
We had been working with another realtor for several months to no avail. I had met Elva at an open house a year prior to this and she called me at just the right time. Within two weekends, she helped us find not one, but two homes, that we were seriously considering. We ended up buying one of those homes and have been happy with our choice. Elva's knowledge of the process and close attention to our needs made the purchase of our home stress free, especially since our home had some special conditions due to it being part of an estate. Since then, I have kept in touch with Elva so that she can help us with any future real estate needs.

Bought a home in 2006.
Elva helped us back in 2006 negotiate our home. She was able to get us a incredible deal on the property (Way below market!) We since have been in the house every since and couldn't be happier. Elva is a pleasure to be around, always give it her best. We felt that she always had our best interest in mind, at all times!
We would definitely recommend Elva a 1000 times over.

Sold a home in 2008.
I met Elva walking the street close to my street 1278 Trail Ridge, she got my attention, she was passing fliers , trying to sell a house close to mine.
When I met her and had a conversation, I thought when I sell my house I
will have her as my agent.
I was right, she did a great job selling my house, and she also was my agent
on buing my next house.
I will highly recommend Elva Van to anyone.
