    Bought a home in 2012.
    Elyse helped me to by a foreclosed property in Boca Raton which by all accounts was a frustrating process for all parties involved...we ammended the contract no less than 8 times (all due to the seller) and closed 2 months later than planned BUT we ended up with a good deal at the end of the day and the house I really wanted. Where Elyse stands out is in 1. Patience: there were several moments of intense frustration with the process due to the seller and Elyse's experience and cool head got us to the other side when probably it would have been easier for even her to throw the towel in; 2. Responsiveness: One of the problems with the seller is that they rarely answered emails or only did so days later and after multiple follow-ups but not with Elyse. All emails were answered quickly, usually within a few hours, even when life events would have made it more challenging for her; it was clear from the beginning that she was committed to me and getting this property.

    When you work with Elyse you don't just get an "agent" focused on his/her bottom line but someone who is a professional ally and really accompanies you through what can sometimes be a rough process.    …More Less

    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Boca Raton, FL.
    Elyse never gave up on our purchase and relentlessly persued the seller, who was a bank, to close the deal. She was always calm even when we vented our frustration with the sellers and helped to assure us that the deal would go through. She always returned our calls and E-mails as soon as possible and kept in constant communications with us. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking help from a professional mature real estate professional.

    Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2011 in University Heights, OH.
    I initially felt a connection to Elyse. She was very understanding of my needs and the property location. It was important that I was in a gated community in Delray that allowed dogs. The search began and listings were sent to me via email. This gave me an idea of pricings and locations.When I came to Florida, she met me at her office.     Elyse Berman grew up in New York City and graduated with a degree in Court and Conference Reporting. She currently resides in Delray Beach with her husband and two dogs.
