Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Rockaway, NJ.
My wife and I purchased our first home this summer using Ela as our buying agent. Going into this process we heard the nightmare stories of how complicated and difficult purchasing a home could be. From the first day we worked with Ela we knew we were in good hands. Not only was she very knowledgeable about the towns we were looking in but she truly helped us see potential in the homes, properties and neighborhoods we were searching for homes in. From looking at houses to recommending home inspectors and mortgage lenders Ela truly made this process so seamless and easy. Her advice for negotiating our contract and how to handle requested repairs for the seller we have no doubt made our buying process as pleasant as it was. We found the house we wanted and through Ela's advice we were able to purchase the first home we put a bid on.
