I recently closed a loan for a mutual client of Emanny's who had some problems in the past buying a home. Emanny really had this clients best interests in mind through out the entire process and not only found her a great house in her price range but also helped press the listing agent to provided additional documents need by us to close the loan in a timely fashion.
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Lafayette, IN.
Emanny was wonderful to work with. She wholeheartedly worked within our limitations and house criteria and showed us most of the houses that we requested her to show to us. Emanny is very knowledgeable about the current Lafayette housing market and about the construction of local homes. When I asked her what she knew about National Homes Corp houses she solicited her fellow realtors for information about National Homes and responded to us within a day or two in-person with the information that she'd collected from her colleagues. Emanny, I thought, provided sound advice to me about how much to put down for an earnest payment, what signs to look for to know whether a house was of sound construction or not (foundation issues, moldy basements, and the like). I needed this information and appreciated it, especially since I am a first-time homeowner. In conclusion, Emanny is knowledgeable about local companies to contact for repairs including plumbers and recommended to us an excellent plumber.
Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Lafayette, IN.
My husband and I were lost when it came time to buy a house. We didn't know anyone in town and did not know which realtor to use. I happened to meet Emanny at an open house and felt very comfortable talking to her. She made the process of buying our home just a little less stressful and responded within minutes to any emails or texts. If we need to move again we will be using her again and we will recommend her to everyone we know that needs a good realtor.
