Manny was always professional, courteoues and friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty of a realtor. When we arrived her from AZ for 5 days of hunting for a home, he devoted himself to us fully. As we visited all the homes we had indicated interest in and narrowed down our choices, he was flexible and accommodating in rearranging his schedule so that we could make a second visit, He helped us through the paperwork which was tedious and painstaking at times.. You see, we have 2 cats and some of the landlords wanted more information on them, more negotiating, and Manny persisted and succeeded. To emphasize Manny going above and beyond the call of duty, I give you these two striking examples. The first one was when Manny thought that the moving van would arrive a day or two before we would arrive, he offered to go to City Hall to get us a moving permit and thus avoid the possibilty of a fine. The second example was that we were to meet the landlord on a Sunday to get the keys. He volunteered to join us to insure all went well, which it did.…More Less
