Bought a home in 2013.
Mr. Peace went above and beyond his duties as a real a state broker. First I lost my home loan with another company and my ernest money deposit. He helped me get my deposit back and then he helped me get approved for a home loan. He put several hours in finding me the right home to put a contract on. And I would recommend him to anyone trying to purchase or sell a home.

Emerick is a great realtor that listens and will not let you settle for less than what you really want. He was always responsive and I enjoyed working with him. He my children and I the home of my dreams. Extremely pleased.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Fort Washington, MD.
My experience with Emerick Peace was extraordinary. Due to the declining market I chose to sell my home as a “Short Sale”. There were short sales throughout P.G. County so I was not too optimistic about mine being sold. Mr. Peace came and met with me on a Saturday. He provided me with a personal portfolio that detailed all of the information about my potential sale (i.e. comparisons, and all of the steps involved in the process). I really appreciated the time he spent getting to know me and my expectations of him. After accessing my property he told me he would have no problem getting a contract on my property, and he already had a client in mind. Of course I’m thinking “yeah right”.
Well the very next day an agent brought a potential buyer to see my home. To my amazement by the following Friday I had a signed contract. I would have never thought that would have occurred in this current real estate environment. Needless to say I was ecstatic! Mr. Peace and his team handled everything so smoothly. Their professionalism and attention to detail allowed me to let go and know that was one aspect of my life that I no longer had to stress about. I knew I was dealing with dedicated professionals.
