Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Cheektowaga, NY.
In September, 2011, my family needed to find assisted living for my elderly mother. The expenses forced us to have to sell our family home quickly but at a fair price.
My six siblings and I are very thankful that we found Emily Foschio. As soon as we met her, Emily had suggestions to make the house more appealing to buyers. She offered as many open houses as we wanted. She contacted us often to keep us updated on the status.
The house sold for a good price in a very short amount of time. We closed on the sale in January, 2012. I drive through the neighborhood and see houses up for sale for months and months. I feel very fortunate that we had Emily as our realtor. I sincerely believe that the house would still be for sale had we chosen someone else.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Starin Central, Buffalo, NY.
Emily helped me find my dream home in 2 days! She is very familiar with the neighborhoods I was interested in and she was easy to reach for questions throughout the process; and I had a lot of questions! A good deal of negotiation was required and Emily was able to reach a price within my range. I would absolutely recommend this agent.

Bought a home in 2010.
As a real estate agent on maternity leave, I referred some clients of mine to Emily and she did an excellent job in finding them their dream home. My clients informed me that she was very friendly, motivated, honest and made a really stressful experience much more pleasant. She followed-up with my clients in a timely manner and always kepted them informed throughout the process. I highly recommnend Emily and will continue to refer my friends and family to her!!!
