How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
I have many tools that I share with my clients to help make their search as easy and as organized as possible. I LISTEN to what they want out of a property, and I am constantly networking with other real estate agents and sellers to find the property my buyers are dreaming of.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
I rely on the facts. I provide all of my buyers with the latest market information so that they can make a confident and educated decision.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
It's all about the details! I use software that helps me create a unique marketing plan for your property. I utilize many different marketing channels including newspapers, the internet as well as many different social networking sites.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
I provide advice on market positioning to get the highest dollar amount possible. I also point out improvements and give staging advice. This way, my sellers know what is necessary to compete with the other properties on the market- and they don't break the bank on unnecessary improvements.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
Prepare the home BEFORE it goes on the market. You get the most interest in the first 30 days on the market and you don't want to miss out on a buyer who can't see past the paint color they hate, the dings in the walls, or the smell from the litter box, etc. Curb appeal if very important because most real estate agents have their buyers drive by to check out the outside before scheduling an appointment. Price it Right!
