Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Pittsburgh, PA.
Emily was a wonderful agent to work with. She helped my husband and I sell and buy in 2011. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Emily was in constant contact with us when selling our home. She always kept us posted on the feedback that she received when showing our house. With respect to buying our new home, Emily took the time to understand what type of home we were looking for and the locations. She took us to all of the homes that we requested and due to her experience was able to give us some great tips to help us with our search. Emily was an exceptional real estate agent and now a friend! We met her through a sibling while he was searching for his first house. At first we were apprehensive about whether or not it was the right time for us to sell. But Emily’s confidence and assurance convinced us that it was time to sell our first home and upgrade to a bigger house. It turned out to be the best decision we ever made. Emily helped us every step of the way, making our experience stress-free and pleasant. She is very personable, easy to work with and reliable. She helped us be realistic about our options without trying to persuade our decisions. She took us to every house we wanted to see; you would never know she has 4 kids, because she was always available to help. She took care of everything including property searches, paperwork, negotiations, open houses and even baked cookies. She also dealt with the multiple 8-hour filming sessions when our house was chosen to be on an HGTV show. We would definitely recommend Emily to be your agent! And we will definitely be calling her again when we decide to sell or buy any properties in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Pittsburgh, PA.
Emily was the best agent ever! I was starting the process looking for my first home and Emily was there for me every step of the way! This is not an easy process, but Emily made it extremely easy and less stressful. She took me step by step and actually became a friend during the process. She was honest and positive the whole time. She was very concerned with my feelings and likings, not making money and that shows a great, outstanding agent!
