Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Littleton, CO.
To sum it all up: It never would have happened without Emily. We did two transactions with Emily Roet / Roet Reality in 2012. First, we bought our new home through her and then we sold our old home of 26 years within 4 (four!) days after listing. Emily was a superb negotiator on both ends, her local knowledge of everything from painters to movers to contractors to inspectors was amazing to behold. Her knowledge of how to prepare our home for staging was indispensable. And, through it all, she was Thee business expert, an omnipresent emotional counselor, cheerleader and best friend. I especially want to comment on her responsiveness; there was never a day or a time when she was not available. Not only would I highly recommend Roet Reality to anyone who is in need of a realtor … I already have. And, will continue to do so to anyone I find in need of a local realtor. She, and the Roet Reality team is the best!

Emily brought clients to our new community in Lowry. She is very professional and has extensive knowlege of Denver and the new home builder process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

We first became acquainted with Emily when she was on the other side of the table, representing the sellers of the home we purchased six years ago. When we recently decided to sell that home and purchase a new home, we instantly knew we wanted to have Emily help us. We knew she was a creative negotiator and very knowledgable about how to position a home to sell, sell quickly, and at a fair price. We can report that we also are very impressed with her work representing us in the purchase of our new home. She is a dedicated professional with great experience and skill. Most importantly to us, however, she is a trusted advisor who you can be sure will do her home work and give you a candid assessment of your prospects. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $850K in North Park Hill, Denver, CO.
Emily Roet accomplished the impossible: in a matter of mere months, she helped us fix-up and stage our old house (on the cheap), advised us which repairs to make and which to skip, helped us price our house for quick sale but fair return... AND she sold it to folks at the first Open House! Yes, in this economy! (summer 2011).
She also helped us find our dream house... one we had been looking for for years without her and for 6+ months with her.

We are so glad that we worked with Emily for the purchase of our first home. We moved to Denver from San Francisco and Emily was one of the first people we had the pleasure of meeting. Emily is kind, generous, thoughtful, hard-working, and more importantly, very experienced in the Denver area. Her experience, intelligence, education and entrepreneurial spirit made her our first choice. Emily made the entire experience enjoyable and fun. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in South Park Hill, Denver, CO.
We spent about a year looking around Denver before settling on the Park Hill neighborhood in Denver. We selected Emily to help us with our home search and are absolutely thrilled with the outcome! Buying a home in today’s market is a daunting and dramatic task. Emily was skillful during the selection process, but more importantly, her experience came to light when it was time to make an offer. We couldn’t believe the results! She was with us every step of the way, helping navigate the negotiation, work with the inspectors, and especially the lender. At one point the entire deal was in danger of falling apart and Emily’s quick and creative thinking got everyone back to the table. We’ve been in our home for a few months now and just love everything about it – thanks to Emily!

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $425K in Cheesman Park, Denver, CO.
Emily Roet did a fantastic job selling my house near Botanic Gardens this year. She had recently helped my son find a home in Englewood and he strongly recommended her for my broker. Emily is experienced and knowledgeable and worked very closely with me regarding pricing, staging and negotiating with the buyer. I found her to be personally caring and responsive to me throughout the entire selling process. We put the house on the market in mid-February this year and had a contract from a cash buyer two weeks later for near the asking price. The closing went smoothly. Emily has sold two Park Hill houses for us in difficult markets. Both sold faster and with far less turmoil that we expected. Our last transaction included a purchase of a house in Stapleton, and the process could not have been smoother. Emily has a huge amount of know-how, professionalism, wonderful resources, absolute honesty, a great sense of humor, and a big heart.
