Found a tenant for a home.Summary:
Worked with an agent named David Schuler who sends out flyers in mail to landlords who might need his services. Seemed like a nice enough fellow to work with at first and was able to quickly get an apartment rented. Early in the process I noticed it was often very difficult to get a hold of him through phone or email. He also never presented a really professional demeanor or appearance that you normally notice from agents who work for bigger, established firms. Once he took a deposit from the tenants, he was pretty much impossible to reach and took his time mailing out the first month's rent he collected. Tenants also complained he was difficult to reach and that he was also rude. Placed horrible tenants for me and I strongly suspect he made no attempt to properly screen them. I recommend you avoid him and his firm. His own boss admits he doesn't hear from David for weeks at a time and tolerates it.…More Less
