Bought a home in 2013.
Having bought our first home in 2010 we already had experience with many different realtors and thought ourselves lucky with the individual we had used previously. To say Eric went above and beyond anything we previously experienced would be a gross understatement. We changed our mind on the area, price ranges, type of home, size of home etc. a few times. Eric was with us through the entire process from start to finish, was never pushy, and provided (key point here) HONEST feedback on any question or concern we may have had. Lights out the best realtor we have ever dealt with and plan on using him again in the future for all of our real estate needs. Bought a home in 2011.
I used him, and he is not a good realtor. I was disappointed at the way he handled my settlement. I would not recommend his realty company. He only cares about his commission

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in New Britain, PA.
