Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Canton, Baltimore, MD.
I have bought and sold eleven homes over my lifetime, but I have never been happier with a realtor than with Eric. I was shopping for a home in Baltimore for my daughter and her two roommates and we had very definitive requirements. Eric was extremely helpful in ensuring we had realistic views of the pros and cons of the many homes we visited. He knew the neighborhoods and the marketplace and he was able to always add value to any discussions. He was extremely responsive and very flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend Eric and will definitely use him again for any dealings in Baltimore.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Washington Hill, Baltimore, MD.
My wife and I were first time home buyers and Eric and his team made it so easy, comfortable, and stress-free! Eric was knowledgable, patient, and clearly had our best interests in mind as we looked at potential homes. He negotiated a HUGE price reduction to allow us to close on the perfect home for our family. It has been almost 5 months in our new home and we could not be happier. I am from South Carolina and had been living in Baltimore for approximately 2 years when I contacted Eric Figurelle to help me in buying my first home. Eric was very honest about the homes we saw and the areas in which they were located. He was also incredibly patient when dealing with my family from out of town during the process. Eric always got back to me quickly and worked with me on the weekends and in the evenings. I highly recommend Eric Figurelle.

Eric was a great resource in helping me purchase my first home and he helped me find a perfect fit. He was 100% professional throughout the process and really understood my wants and needs while providing his professional judgement and opinion. I would highly recommend Eric and will definitely be using him again in the future.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Riverside, Baltimore, MD.
I did as much research as I could before I finally selected the agent we would work with. Eric came highly recommended by some trusted friends and he did not disappoint. He is very knowledgeable of the area and is always responsive. He was always very honest with us, pointing out the negative aspects of each property as well as the positive ones, instead of pushing us into a purchase that wouldn't be right for us. He is also very patient, which was important for us considering we had some trouble making up our minds about what we wanted. I was also really impressed that he didn't ask us to sign an exclusive buyer's agent agreement, instead relying on his skills and expertise to back up his excellent reputation. Eric was exactly what we wanted in an agent and we're very happy with our new home. We have no plans to move in the near future, but when the time comes to sell we'll definitely be using Eric to list the property.

Working with Eric was great. He quickly understood my preferences for a house and helped me find the right candidates to look at. He knows the area well. I ended up putting in an offer just before leaving on business travel and he did a great job of keeping in touch with me by email to keep the process moving forward through inspection, etc. I do not think things could have gone any smoother. He has also helped me find excellent local contractors for some work that needed doing. He was a pleasure to work with

Eric Figurelle is an excellent real estate agent and really knows the Locust Point and Federal Hill markets. He was my buyer's agent in 2003 when I bought my property and he was my seller's agent when I sold this September 2012. Each time, Eric was professional, knowledgable, and an expert at walking me through the process.
Selling my house, even in this uncertain market, was a piece of cake with Eric on my team. I called him in June to express an interest in selling. He did a walk through and suggested areas where I could maximize immediate returns. He gave me a realistic range of selling prices. I put my house on the market August 1st at the high end of his range and I had a signed, full-price offer two weeks later. The closing process went exactly as Eric described, which was important because I had to be out of state during the closing.
If you have a house to sell in Locust Point or Federal Hill (or elsewhere) or are looking for a place to buy downtown, Eric Figurelle should be your agent.

Eric was, quite simply, fantastic to work with. At every step in the process, I felt completely comfortable with Eric running the show. He knew the area inside and out, had answers to all my questions about the process, and was never more than a phone call away. Especially when hearing stories from others trying to sell their homes, I am very happy that we went with Eric as our realtor. I would recommend him to anyone in South Baltimore who is looking to buy or sell their home.

Eric, was a great asset to us during our process of selling. He was always there to help, very accessible, had great ideas on marketing, and had an extensive knowledge of the process. When our initial contract fell through due to the buyer's financing, he was quick in getting the house back on the market and finding another buyer. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

We worked with Eric on both the original purchase of our home and the eventual sale of our home when our work and family took us to the Boston area. Eric brings a balanced and honest approach to his clients. He is forthright in the assessment of the home's pricing, the readiness for sale and steps to improve it if possible. Where Eric truly excelled in our eyes, was the support he provided while being landlords with the current tenants from 400 miles away. He was truly our advocated and consultant dealing with what turned into difficult tenants at the end of their lease term. While the process was stressful due to the dynamics of our situation and the distance from the house and sale, Eric was an enormous asset to my wife and I. I would recommend Eric without reservation as a professional who knows the market, knows his business and most importantly acts as an advocated for his client.
For me it is all the more impressive because I work in the Client and Customer Care arena for a Fortune 500 firm. His skills are easily transferable into other industries because he keeps the customer's values and priorities at the forefront of his decisions regarding the sale and purchase process.
