we've looked at quite a few houses with Eric overthe past 3 months. He's never made us feel rushed or pressured. He seems to know alot about the area and the statistics of the real estate market here in Lutz. We will continue to use him for our purchase.

Eric is a very knowledgeable realtor that is patient and helpful. He has been looking for my first home for a little over six months and have found many homes that are to my liking. He is flexible with his schedule and responds promptly to questions. His experience shows in his work and I would recommend him to anybody looking for a home in the Northern Tampa areas.

Bought a Single Family home in 2006 in Lutz, FL.
Eric has been our realtor for at least 9 years now. He's helped my husband and i with our house, as well as my mother in law. He even knows how to find details about houses that are in the process of foreclosure. We will continue to use him and recommend him in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in West Milton, OH.
We used Eric this past January, 2011 to purchase a lovely second home in Lutz, FL. Eric was very professional, cooperative, and most of all...Patient with our many indecisions. He managed to find exactly what we wanted when we couldn't quite figure out just what that was. It is very difficult to shop back and forth from another state but with Eric's patience and desire to help us in our decision, the house was found and we love it. It is a great place to be when we are in Florida...near the grandchildren!
