Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Ossining, NY.
Eric answered every question we had and took the time to make sure we understood and felt comfortable throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to make sure our property listing looked its absolute best. We ended up with a great price due to his skillful handling of the situation.

Sold a home in 2011.
Eric represented us in 2 transactions ? when we bought our new home, and when we sold our old home. We couldn?t have asked for a better experience overall. Eric is a true professional and went above and beyond our expectations of what a Realtor should be. Most importantly, Eric listened to us and tried to accommodate every one of our requests. He even went out of his way to help the agent representing our buyer (who was new, and whose firm didn?t provide any guidance). Bought a home in 2008.
We really enjoyed working with Eric and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor, particularly in Westchester since he knows the area extremely well. Eric was a tremendous help throughout the entire process, from finding houses we might like to scheduling time with us to see the ones we were interested in to ultimately closing on our home.
Eric was able to provide several recommendations for other people that we worked with, including our lawyer and inspector, but it was only when we asked for his recommendation and he always gave multiple options, so we never felt pressured in anyway to use a specific individual.
Buying a house is always stressful, and it was our first time buying, but working with Eric definitely made it a smoother process.…More Less
