Sold a home in 2012.
ERIC WAS VERY TRUTHFUL,ALWAYS ON TIME,HELPED ME AND MY FAMILY GET A GREAT FAMILY HOME.ERIC EXCEEDED ALL THE 15 REALTORS THAT I WENT THROUGH LOOKING FOR A HOUSE FOR 2 1/2 YEARS.IT WAS VERY HARD AND I WAS RECOMENDED TO HIM BY MY SISTER.I WAS SPECTICAL BECUASE MY SISTER SAID "HE IS REALLY GOOD FRIST HOME HE SHOWED US, WE FALL IN LOVE" SO I GOT HIS # AND AT THAT TIME I WAS GOING THROUGH A FRIEND WHO HELPED WHEN SHE COULD AND I WANTED A HOUSE ASAP,SO I CALLED HIM,WHEN I TALKED TO HIM I TOLD HIM,I NEED A HOUSE BEFOR DEC. BECUASE I WAS DUE TO HAVE MY SON AND IN NO TIME WE FINALLY GOT OUR HOUSE.ERICS SERVICES WAS EXCELLENT,BUT CORNER STONE MORTGAGE LACKED ALOT OF THINGS THEIR LENDERS DELAYED MY HOME FOR TWO EXTRA MONTHS,I RECOMEND U NOT GO TO CORNER STONE MORTGAGE!

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $75K in Bakersfield, CA.
Eric was very knowledgeable with the Bakersfield market and with Short sale.He was very patient with us and explained everything in simple terms. He was always available anytime in the early day, night or weekend and responded quickly. All my purchase process went smooth. I highly recommend Eric.

Eric helped me sell a property in Bakersfield in this tough real estate environment. Although, I didn't get the price I wanted (but then who is) he was able to find a buyer rather quickly. The process was overall smooth without any major bumps or obstacle to overcome. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell in the Bakersfield area.

Eric helped us with our first home purchase. We didn't know where to begin or how it worked and had so many questions. We are very glad we selected Eric as our agent. He was very patient making us feel very comfortable. We trusted every decision that he made on our behalf to help us earn the home that we decided on. Eric worked with us on evenings, weekends and introduced some cool technology, offering us paperless offers and electronic signatures making it very convenient with our busy schedules. We love our home.

Eric was great to deal with, knowledgable and went the extra mile on many things.We purchased an investment property in Bakersfield and he was reliable and on-time. All of our questions and demands were answered. He seemed to have local knowledge and can help with management, contractors etc.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Campus Park, Bakersfield, CA.
Eric is a very knowledgeable real estate agent. He understood the housing market and how to get me into the best home for my budget. Eric was willing to put in extra time even on a weekend and was always made himself available to show a home or answer a question.

we are so happy that we found Eric!!! Before him, we'd been looking for a house for 5 months, and I had to do the search pretty much myself. Since he became our realtor, I didn't have to do anything, he had a very good feeling of what we exactly wanted, so we found that very dream house very fast!!!
