Sold a home in 2012.Summary:
Eric was a great realtor to work with. His knowledge of the industry and how to market your home is second to none. He is easy to talk to and is proactive. Our house had been on the market for a year and a half and when we switched from our old realtor to Eric it sold within a month! Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Winston Salem, NC.Summary:
After two disappointing experiences with other listing agents we couldn't have been happier with our decision to list with Eric. We had been off and on the market for two years. After listing with Eric we were under contract in a couple of months. His advice in negotiations was absolutely critical to our sale. He was able to negotiate an offer we were initially going to reject up to near our sales price. Without his advice and experience we would have missed out on these buyers and would still be holding our house. After our two prior experiences we really placed an emphasis on communication, and he met our every expectation. We were living out of state while selling our home, but he kept us in the loop and informed. Getting information from prior agents about showings was a painful, laborious process. Eric had generally e-mailed us with information before we even asked. We would recommend him without hesitation.…More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Winston Salem, NC.Summary:
Eric has done an excellent job helping us sell and buy our new home. From the beginning, Eric was very direct in letting us know what we needed to do to give us the best opportunity to sell our house. Removing oversized furniture, painting neutral colors and having a competitive/realistic Listing Price all made a huge difference. Within three weeks of listing, we were under contract.
During the new home search, Eric was very flexible and accommodating to our schedule. We were already very familiar with the city and neighborhoods, so Eric did not have to make too many recommendations - however - he did a very good job helping us compare/contrast several very different houses we were considering to purchase. During the due diligence period, Eric was very quick to get the Inspections and other things scheduled and completed. His knowledge of local companies/contractors was very valuable throughout the buying process.
I would highly recommend to anyone to use Eric as both their selling and buying Agent. We have developed a good relationship that will continue even after our move is complete.…More Less

I am currently the owner and broker-in-charge of Realty One. Prior to Realty One, I worked for a local real estate company for 5 years where I earned awards and recognition as top producer for that company. I first earned my real estate license in 1998 while working for a for sale by owner company. Having worked in that position as well as now over the past several years as a full service Realtor, has given me unique perspective on this industry and in assisting homeowners and homebuyers. I left the real estate industry for a short time period beginning in 1999 to work with a local insurance company. I received valuable experience as a call center manager there in dealing with employees, conflict, resolution and the customer experience.
