Sold a Single Family home in 1993 in Bethesda, MD.
I have purchased three homes, and sold one, with Eric over the course of 20 years. Without question he is the hardest working and most knowledgable real estate agent that I have ever met. When we bought our first home he probably showed my wife 30+ homes. I'm sure she drove him crazy but he never complained and he eventually found our dream home. Since then we've purchased two investment properties, and sold one, through Eric and he came through every time. Truly a great guy and a pleasure to work with.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Elkridge, MD.
Eric is reachable by email, text message and/or telephone - day, evening or weekend. Agreeing to a short settlement period, I anxiously needed immediate responses and always received them. He quickly arranged for the home inspections and appraisal needed by my mortgage company and met with me at times and places convenient to me. He is extremely accommodating.
Eric is friendly, accommodating and a knowledgeable professional. He receives my highest recommendation and will definitely be my realtor when needed in the future.

Sold a home in 2012.
We used Eric twice. We live in Tennessee and therefore, had to have an honest hardworking realtor. Eric is so easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable. We have used many realtors in the past because we have bought investment properties. Eric is head and shoulders abover the rest when it comes to expertise, responsiveness, negotiation skills. P. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $575K in Chevy Chase, MD.
Eric is friendly and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with. He set up multiple open houses. He assisted in getting the house ready for show. He was very responsive to my phone calls and questions.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Rockville, MD.
Eric helped us to find the perfect house for us! He dedicated a lot of time attending with us to visit more than 50 houses. At the beginning, he helped us to understand what we were looking for so then our research was much more efficient.
At the closing time, he was accountable on solving some uncomfortable situations created by the seller. We have to say that we could settle on time thanks to his responsiveness and proactiviness on solving those issues.
If we decide to buy a house in the future, we will ask for his help again for sure!
