I transitioned to a career as a full-time Realtor in 2003 after fifteen successful years in advertising as an independent photo producer. In 2013, I was promoted to Designated Broker of the Keller Williams Downtown Seattle office, as well as Keller's West Seattle satellite office. The self-motivation I honed in advertising continues to serve me well in the real estate business, I'm a stickler for details and I love helping my clients realize their vision. I've closed over $60 million in sales during my 11-year career.

I love the spontaneity and vitality of real estate, and my success is reflected in my clients' successes. Helping clients' dreams come true, watching their eyes light up when I hand them the keys to their new home, and being their "go-to" resource for all things real estate is what thrills me at the end of the day. Outside of work, I'm passionate about serving my community in volunteer service.

In January of 2014, I began co-hosting a weekly radio show that I collaborate on with three associates--two mortgage professionals and another Keller Williams agent. Our goal is to educate consumers about the real estate and mortgage industries, advocating on behalf of buyer and sellers as they navigate both industries. You can hear us weekly on KKNW 1150 AM at 4pm PST on our program, "Get Real Radio."

We were fortunate to find Eric through an internet search and to have the pleasure of working with him, Travis Smith and The Union Group as we searched from afar for an investment property in downtown Seattle. Their professionalism, responsiveness and expertise gave us the confidence to work with them remotely from our New York home and to purchase a condominium sight-unseen. Their knowledge of the Seattle market and their ability to grasp our tastes, requirements and objectives eased us through the selection process. When it came down to finalizing the offer and closing the deal, we felt like we were their only clients. Sold a Condo home in 2014 in Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA.

Travis and Eric listed and sold my condo and listed and helped me buy my house. First off, I've never felt so comfortable with a real estate agent when they were showing me houses. Travis, who is very knowledgable about construction, would point out structural benefits and drawbacks as well as potential areas for damage or repairs. He walked through each house very thoroughly, while allowing me and my boyfriend to experience the house as well. He's pretty much perfect. Eric has gone above and beyond for me during and even after the process. A master negotiator, he really helped me feel confident throughout the entire process. He's incredibly professional, even when dealing with very unprofessional people. He's accessible and powerful. Clearly, I love them both! Hire them! You won't be disappointed.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $1.25M in Medina, WA.

It was our first home purchase and we were quite nervous about the whole thing. We were lucky to be introduced to Eric through a friend. It was a huge relief!
