Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Beacon Hill, Seattle, WA.
I just sold my home and used Eric Robison for the 2nd time (he sold a condo for me in 2006) and again had a wonderful experience. He is very knowledgeable of the Seattle Real Estate market. He arranged for wonderful photos, got us help with staging and was very responsive to our questions along the way.

We listed the house and in 6 days we had 6 offers and it sold for well over our asking price.

I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Lakewood, Seattle, WA.
Eric is the best! We recently purchased our first home, and we know that without Eric we wouldn't have gotten the home we wanted. We were new to the whole process & Eric was there to answer all of our questions and give us honest and professional feedback. When he came to our apartment to meet with us he listened to what we were looking for, and walked us through the steps. We knew immediately he was the right realtor for us. He was truthful about what to expect in this market, and gave us the ability to set realistic expectations for ourselves. By putting priority on showing us the right homes, he didn't waste our time looking at homes that weren't a fit. He never tried to sell us a home that wasn't right for us, and he always let us come to our own decisions on how we felt about a house before he gave us his input. Eric was great at pointing out things about each house that we would have never noticed or considered, and it really helped us out. He somehow managed to show us just enough homes so we were able to know the right house when we saw it. When it came time to put an offer on a house, Eric's expertise and strategy really gave us an edge. Our offer was confident and competitive. He kept us updated throughout the week while the home was on the market. He stayed in touch with the listing agent to find out what other interest there was in the home, and kept us sane while we waited to hear. He called us on a Sunday night to let us know we got the house! Eric helped us through the closing process, and was constantly in touch reminding us to switch utilities, call contractors, and take care of all the details we would have forgotten about if he weren't there. We closed right on time, and Eric got us the keys that afternoon! We highly recommend Eric, and know that when we are ready to sell this home & buy another, he will be our only call.

We highly recommend Eric. As first time home buyers we were nervous and anxious about the process but Eric was very patient with all of our questions and our frequent indecisions. Eric knowledge of realty always put us at ease and we enjoyed his friendly personality.

Sold a home in 2013.
Eric sold a single-family house that I had as a rental property. He provided extremely comprehensive market analysis and recent comparables to establish a price, and had an excellent game plan to obtain multiple offers. Eric had the house staged beautifully, and Eric had many good suggestions on small cosmetic fixes to make it show better. Eric's photographer did an excellent job--extremely professional pictures--even photo-shopped a fire into the fireplace! In one week, we had a full price offer, with an escalation clause that we used to our advantage. We had the additional advantage that Eric had met the buyer at the open house he conducted the prior weekend, so he had inside knowledge of the buyer's interest in the home. I highly recommend Eric--you will not be disappointed!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Fauntleroy, Seattle, WA.
I feel so fortunate to have worked with Eric Robison. My husband and I had so many questions and reservations about buying a house - Eric was a wonderful educator throughout the entire process and we always felt like we had the information we needed to make informed decisions. Eric kept us smiling and enjoying the process at every stage but most importantly, Eric is who you want on your side when it is time to negotiate. I am sure we wouldn't have this house we love if not for Eric's skillful negotiations. Eric was prompt with every communication - he was available whenever we needed to reach him. Eric continues to be a valuable resource for our home improvements and when it comes time to sell, we will definitely use Eric.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $750K in Phinney Ridge, Seattle, WA.
I definitely recommend Eric. He was a fantastic help listing/selling our old house and with searching/buying our new one. He's very patient and doesn't get flustered. He is data driven and provides you with all the relevant (comp) numbers to educate you on the market so you get a sense of what a house is worth. He's a great negotiator and does not shy away from being direct on your behalf. He'll work very hard for you and is always readily available/reachable. In our case, the one time he left town for the weekend he ensured we had a backup realtor to show homes to us as needed in Eric's absence. Finally, he gave us a ton of fantastic recommendations that we used and were very very happy with. In fact, we were in a bind b/c we had sold our existing home but had yet to find a new one, and he found us someone who by chance had month to month condo for us to rent. It worked out perfectly as we stayed at the condo until we found a new home to buy. Other great recommendations were our mortgage broker, an exterminator, a company that lays tarp in your crawl space, a plumber, a window washers, and a stager. My wife and I were very happy and I'd use him again in a heart beat.

Bought a home in 2011.
Eric quickly understood the style of homes we were interested in and worked hard to find something quickly for us. He adjusted his schedule around ours and was always very quick to respond to questions or provide updates during the buying process. He showed us one of his previous client's home which was exactly what we wanted. Eric ended up finding us a property that wasn't even on the market with an the exact floor plan we wanted for less then similar properties we were interested in. The home was also in a great school district and within walking distance to everything we need. All around we were very happy with Eric's services and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the Seattle area.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $200K in Magnolia, Seattle, WA.
Eric Robison was invaluable to my condo purchase, especially after a previous short sale collapsed and I was stuck with a firm move-out date at my then home.

Not only did Eric help me find appropriate properties and then arrange all of the walk-throughs each day, but he was upfront with his thoughts on each place we saw together, especially if he thought a place was overpriced or might be hard to sell down the road. Similarly, he was realistic in terms of market value, which is essential when making a strong offer, but also savvy in terms of leveraging our buyer demands. In the end, I feel like I got a great deal on a home I truly love. Plus, Eric gave me the name of a trustworthy mortgage broker, whom I ended up working with, as well. They were a great team that worked together diligently on my behalf to ensure the closing date coincided with my fast-approaching move date. I was nervous (especially since our seller's agent wasn't always on the ball), but it all came together amazingly because of Eric's tenacity and expertise.

This is how I put it to one of my friends recently: If buying a house is shopping in IKEA on a crazy Saturday, Eric is your personal shopper, bargain hunter and negotiator. In other words, he brings you sanity in what can sometimes seem a very chaotic situation.

Sold a Single Family home in 2004 for approximately $450K in Wedgwood, Seattle, WA.
We have used Eric to buy two homes and sell one. Every time he was great.

When we had a house on the market, Eric had great pictures taken of the home. We got A LOT of traffic and multiple offers. The selling process couldn't have gone smoother.

When we were looking to buy a home, he was always very knowledgable about the areas. You could tell he was doing his homework. He had great suggestions for homes for us to look at as well as being open to our suggestions of homes we might have found online. He was always more than willing to work around our schedules.

For our current home, Eric noticed RIGHT AWAY when it came on the market. He got us in for a viewing within hours and worked late that evening to write-up the offer.

Once we found the homes we wanted, he was fantastic about getting the deal done. He did a great job negotiating, on advising us on what price the houses should be and on what to expect from the buyer. He helped us with the inspection and renegotiating prices and all final details. Even after we purchased the home, he gave us recommendations on contractors to use for some work we needed done. I could go on and on about Eric, and if the time comes to sell or buy another home we will definitely use him again.

He helped my wife's mother to purchase her first Seattle home. Eric was also an agent for at least two of our friends b/c we recommended him. Both friends were very happy with his results. Anytime we hear that someone is looking for an agent, we tell them about Eric.

We can also say that Eric is not only our agent but our friend. He even came to our son's first year birthday party.
