Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $225K in Dunedin, FL.
My husband and I recently purchased a house. That in itself is not really a big deal except we bought in Florida while living in N.J. Eric Chavarria was our realtor for this purchase. My husband and I cannot say enough about Eric's professionalism. Eric is a total gentleman who definitley has a passion for his profession. He was always available for any questions we had. When he said he would get back to us with information he ALWAYS without fail did so. Eric utilizes flip phone videos which helped immensly in touring the properties available. And when we finally picked out the house he also was able to provide electronic signing program that saved us from the expense and believe me considerable pain of faxing documents back and forth. We enthusiastically recommend Eric Chavarria for your realtor.

Bought a home in 2011.
Eric Chavarria is a consummate professional. I recently worked with Eric to select and close on a condiminium in Pinellas County. He proved to be knowledgeable, conscientious, responsive, personable, and honest in all of my dealings with him. As other posters have noted, he is also very technologically savvy. His use of electronic contract documents and web-video technology saved me a great deal of time by making the whole process both efficient and user friendly. Eric receives my highest recommendation.
