Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs, CO.
We had an incredible experience with Eric Scott. Stuart Scott and his son, Eric, have been the real estate leaders in Colorado Springs for decades. While having been familiar with Colorado Springs for a long time, I was eager to start the home-buying process. I was recently married and my husband and I were looking for the right home to start a family. We spent several weeks talking with Eric about properties in the area and were updated daily on new listings in the market. While some were not the perfect fit, we were encouraged to be thoughtful in our search and not settle for anything less than exactly what we wanted for our budget, lifestyle, and future. Eric spent a lot of time taking us all over town to explore several areas and neighborhoods so we could find our home. Since we are local, we only had nights and weekends to look at options. At nearly midnight one night, a new listing from the Stuart Scott Ltd. group dropped into our inbox. Eric was ready to show us the property the next day and after two months of reviewing listings and taking our shoes off at the door of each new home we were able to visit, we found it. And it was not too far from The Country Club of Colorado! We received news on Valentines Day that we had won our dream home. While several bids were received on the same day (Day 1), Eric worked tirelessly (many early morning and late night pnone calls) to ensure we had the best possible outcome for the best possible value. The real estate market in any town can be frustrating at times, but Eric's genuine committment to our happiness is the lasting theme that we take away from our home buying process. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $550K in Southwest Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs, CO.
Eric is an excellent realtor and I can honestly say that among all the realtors we have worked with over the years, Eric undoubtedly is the best! Eric's strength does not only lie within his own interpersonal skill and ability to negotiate, but his entire support term make the process so much smoother. When we worked with individual realtors, often times, the response time is slower since they had to joggle many aspects of running their own business. Eric however has support staff with whom we could always get in touch. They were extremely professional and responsive, not to mention their friendliness and warmth. Eric and his team truly had our best interest at heart at all times! They diligently monitored all the deadlines and made sure we were protected during the entire purchasing process. Bought a home in 2012.
We bought a house July 2012 in the Black Forest area before moving here from Fort Campbell, KY. The Scott Group made the entire experience as smooth as possible and we felt very confident with their expertise. Thank you all so much we LOVE our house.
