Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $325K in South Beacon Hill, Seattle, WA.
Eric was very knowledgable in pricing the home at an optimum price. He helped negotiate an even better price between two buyers. We sold the home in three days at a price more than was listed. Eric was helpful with preparing the home for sale and completing the sale for us.
Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $300K in Rainier Beach, Seattle, WA.
Our experience with Eric was very helpful and rewarding. My mother who is 83 years was so nervous about selling her home, after living in it for 45 years. Eric made the whole experience very easy and he was so helpful in giving her advice as to what to do to make the home marketable.
The home sold very quickly and she and I owe that to him.
We would highly recommend him to other buyers and sellers.
Eric has been my realtor for the past 7 years. He was originally referred to me by my mother. Back then we were selling our home and buying a new house at the same time which involved many logistics! The process went very smoothly and he priced the home we were selling so well that there was a bidding war with two parties who wanted it!
I was in the market to purchase and investment property, and I did not have to think twice about who to call. I had the pleasure of two days ago closing the investment purchase deal with Eric. This was a new experience for me, and he made the process smooth! He is always very responsive to my phone calls/texts and emails with questions. Even when he was home sick one day, he still responded to my email questions.
When things are out of his hands, he will still update you on where everything stands, and let you know the next steps and what you can expect.
Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2002 in Lakewood, Seattle, WA.
Eric was my real estate agent when I sold my house back in July, 2002. I received an offer right away and negotiations were concluded promptly. He was also the listing agent for my daughter's house many years ago. We have found that Eric is a really nice young man, and is hard working for the benefit of his customers. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends.
Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $275K in Beacon Hill, Seattle, WA.
I have known Eric for 10 years and have nothing but confidence in his abilities as a realtor. My experience purchasing a house through him was positive, expedient, and painless largely due to his experience, friendly demeanor, and professionalism. If I were to sell or purchase another house, Eric would be the first realtor I would call.
Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $350K in Beacon Hill, Seattle, WA.
Eric listed our fathers house to settle an estate between my brother , sister , stepmother and I . He was very professional . He first provided us with a comparative market analysis for the property. It showed comparable values for houses in the same proximity to the house. We were satisfied with the price. He then proceeded to explain to us the importance of curb appeal. He got us to do maintenance on the yard. He got us to clean everything out of the house and we cleaned the house from top to bottom. He explained that not only would this help to sell the house but also to get the maximum dollar for the house. He was there with us to explain the subsequent steps in the selling process. The house inspection was the next step and he informed us that the roof should be replaced before the inspector could clear the house. He negotiated an amount to take off the purchase price to take into account roof replacement. That was the final hurdle. After that since this was a cash deal it took just three weeks in escrow to close. We were very satisfied and would recommend Eric to others.
Bought a home in 2014 in Beacon Hill, Riverton-Boulevard Park, WA 98108.
When making the most expensive purchase(s) in your lifetime I’m particular about who handles these affairs on my behalf. Eric Uyeji was recommended by a friend also a real estate professional; this friend demands high standards both professional and ethical within this field and would not recommend someone who did not possess these qualities.
My primary need was professionalism, friendliness, and service; I experienced this as I began working with Mr. Uyeji. During my first contact he immediately made time for my wife and I to show me properties that I discovered prior to our meeting. After viewing those properties I realized they would not meet my needs, I needed professional assistance.
As Mr. Uyeji got to know me better, we met in his office in West Seattle; that morning he scoured all his sources for properties that he felt met my needs. An hour had not passed when he found a property that he felt we would be interested. He immediately contacted the listing agent and we were in the house within an hour. It was the type of house we needed.
Our challenges were not over, we had to prepare an offer that would be accepted in a highly competitive market; houses were sold for more than the listing price. Upon his advice and guidance he provided me several scenarios that might entice the seller to accept our offer. There were 5 other offers made on this house. Our offer was accepted; it was not the highest offer provided but it was sufficient.
I’m very pleased with the results achieved; Mr. Uyeji communicates well and kept me apprised of all timetables and next moves. He addressed all my questions and responded to all my requests in a timely and courteous manner. I’m using him in the future.
