Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Pottsville, PA.
We worked with Erica to provide settlement and closing services on our FSBO (For Sale By Owner) home. For a very reasonable price Erica handled communications and final negotiations with the bank, the buyer's attorney, title people, etc. Erica quite frankly saved us when she discovered PRIOR to closing that there was an open lien on our home....this prior lien was NOT discovered 5 years earlier by the agency that provided title insurance. Erica discovered this and absolutely handled it efficiently and rapidly. If you are currently listing your home with your own sign and FSBO, then I recommend that you contact Erica to handle everything as soon as you have a qualified buyer that says they want to proceed with the purchase of your home.…More Less

Thanks so much for this! Many FSBO's think that the bulk of the work is in just finding a buyer. Truth is that the work is just beginning when a buyer walks through the door! Call me any time you need help in the future, or for any FSBO who needs help.

Sold a home in 2013.
Erica and her staff were very attentive to my needs. Although the process to sell my lot took a while due to the market, they didn't give up and ultimately closed on the property. I look forward to working with her in the future.

Erica was always easy to get in contact with and was quick in answering any questions or solving any problems.
