Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $75K in North End, Saint Paul, MN.
Erik helped us to buy our first home. It was a very specific loan that had a lot of extra work required. Erik took the time to find out anything we asked and was very honest with us the whole time. We were never going to spend a lot of money, and we could tell that other people were adjusting the amount of attention we "deserved" based on this, but Erik understood that it WAS a lot of money to us. He listened to us and took our opinions and needs and made those his priorities. Erik was the third or fourth realtor we talked to, but we found him to be a much more genuine, open and available partner. We were very happy to have him around during such a stressful few months. My wife and I will definitely recommend him to our friends and family! We can't wait until we hear someone say they are looking for a home. :)
Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $225K in Minneapolis, MN.
I was fortunate to be Erik's first sale! I enjoyed working with Erik. He is a great personable guy, very patient, provides information on time, shows up on time, and never feels rushed or pushed to buy anything. Erik helped me find the house I wanted, helped me negotiate the price for less than my target, and we sealed the deal without a single hiccup.
I would recommend Erik to anyone to buy a home.
Showed home in 2010 in Seward, Minneapolis, MN 55406.
Erik showed us a handful of houses in the Longfellow and Seward neighborhoods of Minneapolis this past summer. We were considering a move to the Twin Cities, though our timeline was (and remains) uncertain. We were up front with Erik, telling him that it was unlikely we would be buying a house right away. He understood, and remained willing to show us around. Most impressively, he listened to us, and fully respected our desires and budget range. We remain in contact with him, six months after having spent a couple hours together.
If you're looking for someone that will listen to your goals and be honest with you, I suggest you speak to Erik.
