Bought a home in 2011.
The agent went ahead and negotiated very skillfully the builders incentives for the new home we wanted to build. The agent was also in every step of the process with us. They also brought up with the builder every doubt about the building process. The agent is very friendly and they really know their field.

Hi my name is Tommie Rico and Mrs Santana helped my husband and I buy our first home. Mrs Santana stood up for us when this home owner wanted to sell us a house that had a gas leak. When we told her we wanted this house she said I will talk to them and tell them we want to see the house but with all utilities on then and only then did we fined out that there was a gas leak it discouraged us from wanting to continue our journy to buy a house but she encouraged us and 1yr later she helped us get into our DREAM house 6 bdrm 3,602 sq ft at an afordable price she was determined to find us a house. She is the only one we have ever recomended when buying a house. If anyone could get the job done it is Mrs Erika Santana she cares and wants to make a difference.

I met Erika over the internet by chance. I visited her site once and she sent me daily leads on properties that i might be interested in. this was after she was informed that i was already working with a realtor. Needless to say, after my previous 2 realtors failed me, I gave Erica a try. Believe me i'm glad i did. Erika is very knowledgable of the bussiness. As a first time home buyer, i had many questions. Erica was very patient with me and she was very available (which is very important). I will never regret the choice I made to have Erica as my realtor.
