Erin handled the sale of our parents' home and did a great job. She set realistic expectations for my parents and worked with us to get the home ready to sell. After we had an offer, she was a tremendous assistance in helping us to take care of a few issues that were raised by the buyer.
Response from Erin
Patient, thoughtful, and great follow up. Thorough research; supplied much information for review/comparison. Provided inspection referrals, insurance and lending referrals. Made a first time home buying experience a great one! Will definitely use in the future as well as recommend to my friends & family!

We would highly recommend Erin as a buyer's real estate agent. She was helpful, informed and always responded to our emails, txts and phone calls within an hour. We were looking for a small home to purchase as income property for our daughter to live inside the city of Pittsburgh. Found exactly what we wanted in one afternoon of searching in Observatory Hill area.
Just cannot ask for a better real estate purchase experience.

Erin was very helpful and wonderful to work with.
I especially appreciated knowing that she was reachable at nearly any time of day.
We got emails from her as late as 11:00pm!
She was always a few minutes early to our meetings and never made us feel rushed to make a decision.
She was also extremely flexible with my work schedule.
I would work with Erin again.

Erin was thorough, patient and always had our best interests in mind. Her personality is real, unlike a lot of the agents out there with their phony friendliness. She focused on what we told her regarding our needs, not on her commission. I have already reccommended her several times and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

02/15/2011 - akawad47Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $75K in Brighton Heights, Pittsburgh, PA.
I bought a house in Brighton Heights in 2008 for $66k.
Erin is extremely patient & was willing to show me around to at least 20 houses in the course of my search. I originally was looking for a North Hills fixer-upper in the $150k range, until she finally convinced me to come down to the city. She was right; I got a great deal on a fixer-upper.
Erin knows the area well, and also knows the rules & regulations of Pittsburgh. She helped me negotiate the deal, and then when I ran into some major issues with my title not being recorded due to a poor closing company, she helped me track down the lawyer that helped to record the transaction, saving me ~$3,500.
Erin is also extremely responsive, and was willing to go the distance to set up viewings, and the best part is she's tech-savvy, so we did much of our communication, by my choice, via email & text message. So, so, so much easier than working with someone that can't or won't use technology; the first question I'll ask a new real estate agent when I move away from Pittsburgh is whether or not they use text messaging.
If you're in the market for an affordable house, Erin is your agent!

Erin was a godsend when I moved here. Her knowledge of not only the overall community but the neighborhoods, at least in the North and West ends of Pittsburgh, was impressive. Her patience is also to be commended. After a house I wanted fell through, we came up with a dozen more places to look at, one of which I ended up buying, it was a much better deal, only a couple of blocks from the original house I wanted.
After closing she didn't disappear either. I was new to the area, and she was great about answering questions about where things were, great pizza, hardware stores, thrift shops, etc.
If I'm ever in a position where I want/need to sell this house and/or upgrade, I wouldn't think about using anyone but Erin.

Erin was very patient with us; which wasn't easy I am sure since we were first time home buyers with very little idea of what we actually wanted. Erin helped us hone in on the things we were attracted too, and realized what we wanted before we did. After she figured that out, it was a snap. We LOVE our home, and couldn't be happier with our neighborhood. She was the only agent we called who took us seriously after hearing our wish list and our price point (under 100K). Turns out she was right, because we got everything that was important to us for well under our limit.

Having bought/sold a number of properties with Erin Connolly over the past several years, I have seen her work in all kinds of situations and with a variety of personalities and diverse challenges. I have consistently been pleased with the results. She is always on top of details, shows up early for appointments, and does whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. On top of that, she is a warm and genuinely friendly person, which makes these sometimes tense situations a lot more agreeable. Perhaps most important of all, I trust her fully. It is rare to find a realtor with such character and integrity.
My husband has also worked successfully with Erin, and I also referred Erin to my elderly aunt to list and sell her house when she had to move. In all cases: full satisfaction.
