Bought a Multi Family home in 2011 in Allegheny West, Pittsburgh, PA.
There are a million real estate agents to choose from when buying or selling your home. However Erin Taylor is an easy choice. The main reason is his responsiveness to your inquiries and requests. He gets back to you in a very timely manner and is tuned in to your needs. Highly recommended!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $150K in East Allegheny, Pittsburgh, PA.
As a first time home buyer, I knew next to nothing about the entire process and thus needed someone who could help make buying a house seem much less intimidating. Erin was the right man for the job. When the first place I wanted fell through, he immediately came up with half a dozen other options. The house he found me was infinitely better than the first one I planned on buying. Erin is the epitome of what a real estate agent should be. He is prompt, honest, patient, and above all extremely knowledgeable. I felt completely at ease knowing that my best interests were his top priority. He even introduced me to an exceptional mortgage broker who handled my financing! Erin has a great presence, excellent knowledge of the localities and the homes on the market. Anyone would be lucky to have such a great realtor behind them in their home search/sale!

Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $350K in Pittsburgh, PA.
Erin was a pleasure to work with, he was patient when asked and aggressive when he needed to be. Nothing fell through the cracks - I have and will continue to recommend Erin to anyone with real estate needs. He was able to help me get through all the extra work involved in purchasing a foreclosed home. His patience was key during the offer process.
