My husband and I was the owner of a 3-unit building in San Francisco with a partner, with whom we had a conflicted relationship. We had put the house on the market in early 2014 at a price, insisted on by our partner, that was significantly above what we considered appropriate for the market and for more than 6 months we did not receive any offers near the asking price and offers received were not solid offers. As a result we went to mediation with our partner to limit the control of our partner and to select a new agent. We chose Erin as the new agent who had the responsibility to set the listing price and recommend acceptance of any offers; if a conflict among the partners arose regarding an offer, a mediator would decide on acceptance of an offer. Erin successfully maneuvered a very difficult situation with the three partners. Within about a week of her acting as our agent, she decided on a listing price and before the house was even on the market, she had identified a bonafide buyer offering a price above listing. She somehow managed to finalize the sale with a 10-day closing. Her diligence, professionalism, and responsiveness are unsurpassed. With seeming ease she navigated a difficult situation with a result that was beyond our wildest expectations. She is amazing!
