She somehow managed to finalize the sale with a 10-day closing. Her diligence, professionalism, and responsiveness are unsurpassed. Erin is incredible. Some deals are straightforward. Ours was not. We had a TIC (Tenancy-In-Common) where we were selling only one of the units. So Erin had to essentially represent us as the seller but also work with our co-owner to secure her fractional financing. It was a lot of work, essentially two transactions.
Add to that, we have strained relations within our TIC, so Erin had to do a lot of legwork to get things done since we aren't very good at working things out ourselves.
I knew it could be difficult and spent some time talking to multiple agents to find the realtor best for our situation. I was confident when I first talked to Erin that she'd be perfect for the job and she was.
