Ernie was a true professional with more knowledge of the not only the local market but also with the ins and outs of home construction. It is one thing to find a realtor who can tell you whether a home is over/under priced but it is another to find a realtor that can help you understand if something is a major or minor repair, and if said something will be an issue down the road. Ernie was very patient with us and was always available whenever we had any questions. The treatment and respect we received from Ernie was the same as if he was dealing with his friends or family and for that I would recommend him to anyone of my family and friends looking to sell or buy a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $35.025M in King Of Prussia, PA.

My husband and I have worked with Ernie to buy a home and it was a great experience. Throughout the entire process, Ernie was completely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He made himself very accessible with any viewings. He recommended suggestions to us when looking at homes on what really would suit our needs with functionality and practicality. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $650K in Audubon, PA.

Ernie is extremely professional and knowledgeable. When interviewing other realtors they all recommended I set my sales price at a much lower price point than what Ernie recommended. This certainly intrigued me, but also made me nervous. But Ernie came prepared with a full presentation and justification for his decision. He certainly did his homework. He convinced me to list higher, and on my 3rd showing within the first 2 weeks, I received an offer that was almost full asking price. After some negotiating, we excepted an offer that was much higher than others had recommended we start at. I got the impression Ernie cared about getting me my true home value!  More Less
