Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $275K in Redwood City, CA.
She was and still is very helpful and very energetic. She took extra time to explain things to me since I was a first time home buyer. She arranged for all the inspections and paperwork without delaying and she never made me wait at the appointed meeting time. And she always sought to protect my interests so no one would take advantage of my inexperience.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 in Hayward, CA.
Esperanza helped me find my first home. We looked at homes and watched prices for months till we found a place that I love and could afford. She negotiated a price that was well below the asking price and made sure I didn't get screwed over by the seller/county/title company. I had no idea what I was doing but she explained everything to me and was very helpful. After I moved in she answered questions that I had. Home buyers, especially first timers like myself need someone on their side looking out for them. I would recommend her to anyone I know who is buying right now.
