Eugene is a Southern California native who's lived in the Silver Lake/Los Feliz community all his life.
"Growing up surrounded by architectural masterworks like Griffith Park Observatory, the Hollywood Bowl, and homes by Rudolph Schindler, Richard Neutra, and Frank Lloyd Wright, I developed a passionate interest in architecture and design," he says. "It drew me to a career in real estate, where I could use that enthusiasm to benefit my buyers and sellers."
Today, Eugene is a top-producing agent specializing in Silver Lake/Los Feliz, Atwater, Northeast Areas, Hollywood Hills, and Downtown L.A. Known for his dedication and hard-working, results-focused style, he received the Prudential President's Circle Award in 2006,2007,2009 an honor that places him in the top 5% of all Prudential agents nationwide.
In addition to his extensive experience in buying and selling homes and investing in real estate, he draws on experirence as a seasoned entrepreneur with experience in the entertainment and technology sectors. He holds a BA in Communication Arts and Sciences from the University of Southern California.

An avid adventurer whose travels have taken him to Europe, Africa, and across North America, he's heli-skied in Alaska, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, cycled through Alberta, and enjoyed whitewater rafting and skydiving. At home, tennis, boxing, and weekly basketball games keep the momentum going.
