Working with Dave Koester of Eugene's Alternative was a great experience. Initially, he began by thoughtfully accessing our home and neighborhood--- before talking price. Once we'd settled on a price together, Dave walked us through our home, making suggestions for turning it from a personal to a "retail space". He had numerous ideas for making the sale of our home go quickly and effortlessly. And, when the first offer was extremely low, he didn't ignore it, but used it to negotiate an offer that was successful. We trusted Dave to sell our home and followed each of his many creative suggestions. Within one week of listing, our home was waiting for its new owners to finalize the paperwork and move in. I used Dave for the purchase of some investment property in Eugene.
I have been involved in many real estate transactions and have worked with several different Realtors over the years. Dave is the best I have ever dealt with, no question. He works hard, has very high integrity, is a great person and knows how to negotiate a very good deal.
