Evan was a rock star! He immediately offered a number of different options, walked me through the pluses and minuses, and tracked my property search with me all along. And trust me - we grilled him hard about his credibility, knowledge, experience, etc. He's for real, is really helpful and helps you get your new home quickly. I recommend him without reservation.

Evan was able to structure my loan in a way that was very advantageous to me. Additionally, he helped me assign my previous mortgage which allowed me to save about $50000 in local mortage tax. I think that if tried to get a mortgage on my own I might not have been able to navigate the myriad amount of forms that the bank wanted from me for my particular situation. He was an advocate for me for which I am very grateful. This is an unsolicited response so believe me, if you are in need of a mortage, do not hestitate giving Evan a chance. He has the knowledge and skills to direct a borrower in the right direction.

My friend used Evan and recommend him to me. I also closed my refiniancing with Evan although I never met him personally. Evan is so professional. He'd like to listen to every question you have and respond to you instantly. And he will take care of every concern you may have. Closing was very smooth. Numbers match the good faith report. No hidden or surprise fees. Rate is delivered as promised although no lock agreement was signed.
Highly recommend to every one who needs to fiance.

We were involved in a terribly complex short-sale, distressed scenario. Evan waited patiently by for four months while we negotiated with the seller, the seller's bank and squabbling real estate agents. Evan found us a unique, creative and extremely advantageous loan structure. He earned every penny on this transaction. He was instrumental in getting the seller and their bank to finally consummate the deal. I will use him and his firm Warshaw Capital for all my future real estate needs. Highly recommended!!!

Evan was very responsive and good at answering all my questions as a first time homebuyer. Especially good over email which is exactly what I was looking for. Warshaw came through with everything as promised, I had no complaints.
