Evelyn is a life-long resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and through her performance, dedication and enthusiasm has earned the reputation of being one of the best real estate agents on the Coast that will Exceed Your Expectations .  Her past clients and customers know that  Getting Results is Guaranteed and that she goes Above and Beyond the call of duty to ensure professional and personal service for her clients!

In 1998, noting the activity of the real estate market she opted for a career change.  Evelyn was previously a legal assistant at the Law Office of Ebb J. Ford, Jr., her late father, and spent over fifteen years in the legal profession.

Evelyn has always enjoyed and will continue to attend educational courses and extensive training in the real estate field, achieving additional designations and enjoying a long-term career in real estate. * The most prestigious designation is the CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), only 4% of all agents in the National Association of REALTORS® have achieved it, yet 40% of all deals in the U.S. involve a CRS.  Evelyn believes state-of-the-art training and education should never stop because the real estate market is ever changing.  In 1998, Evelyn began her real estate career with Century 21, Joachim Realty, in Biloxi.  Two of her closest associates were Candice Pavolini, who transferred to ReMax, and Gerard Maher, who opened his own company, Gulf Coast Realty, in about 2000.  Evelyn decided to join her prior associate Gerard P. Maher, Broker/Owner at Gulf Coast Realty, and soon after that another prior associate Candice Pavolini joined us.  Our old Century 21 team agents were back together again!

In June of 2007, Gerard Maher, Broker/Owner of Gulf Coast Realty moved to San Diego and Evelyn and Candice made an offer to purchase the company as partners.  Evelyn and Candice have owned and operated Gulf Coast Realty since June 2007, overall I have been with Gulf Coast Realty for over ten years. We have approximately ten (10) active licensed real estate agents, all ready to serve your real estate needs!
