Summary:

Everard provided great service to us. We didn't know the area at all and had a limited window to look for a place, but Everard was able to take us to over 10 places in one day that gave us a good taste of what was out there. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $225K in Lancaster, PA.

Summary:

Over the top customer service! This is the second time I have sold a house with Everard, and both houses sold in under a week because of his guidance in staging the house. You won't believe his energy in keeping us on task for cleaning, De-junking, fixing things, painting and bringing things up to specifications that attract buyers. He keeps contacts with contractors to help with various projects, and would check on progress. A great administrator to keep the ball rolling, his pricing couldn't have been better... he was a solid support in a time of transition. Bottom line- he got several bids and a buyer when there weren't many houses selling.…More Less

I started my work life as a navy officer and later as engineer and executive in manufacturing of consumer products in a Fortune 500 company..

I am now an owner/ partner in Castellum Realty, LLC.

We started this company to bring a new direction in the real estate world. We are completely independent and have no direct or indirect connections with service providers like settlement companies , mortgage brokers, movers , inspectors ,etc.
We will advise our customers only what is best for them .

Since our agents are completely independent there are no company dictated minimum commission, broker fees  of other fees. For this reason our agents can and will make deals happen, even if that means a reduction in their commission.

The name Castellum ( Latin for castle ) was chosen as a link to our slogan: If your home is your castle, Castellum Realty, LLC is your partner of choice.

I went into real estate after a successful corporate career that brought me all over the world, living in several countries and states in Europe and the USA.
 It is an excellent  learning opportunity to relocate  your own family, something that many real estate brokers and agents  never did. You learn that there is much more at stake than buying or building another house.
