For my Sellers, I'm a marketing maven. I come up with new and creative ways to market and sell homes. I not only employ every available internet resource to market homes, but I use other methods to bring positive exposure to the house. I walk my Sellers through the sales contract to fully educate and inform them about the process. Through experience, I've learned how to overcome conflicts that may arise and work diligently toward closing escrow.
