Add personality to your profile! Tell the community about yourself, your home, and your profession.

Our team focuses on 3 key areas:
1. Downsizing Seniors and Estates of Probate 2. First Time Buyers 3. Expired Sellers
We have a particular expertise in assisting families through the decision-making process when it comes to late-in-life transitions.  We are experts at:
A. Assessing homes for repairs/modifications for Aging in Place,  B. Modification/cleanout/repair of estates for value augmentation, C. Assisting seniors through the downsizing process, C. Purchase renovation assessment, and D. Marketing assessment and sales plan creation.
HOW DO WE DIFFERENTIATE OURSELVES?
There are many who consider themselves "experts" on the process of buying and selling - and the process itself is pretty straight-forward making being an expert on the process of little value.  Where we differentiate our business is expertise in market assessment (we educate our clients on how to interpret the market and the current dynamics that are moving the market) and property evaluation for long-term appreciation.
FOR SENIORS UNSURE ABOUT LATE IN LIFE TRANSITIONS
We work closely with your family and other senior-specific professionals, including licensed Occupational Therapists, to assess your home for Aging in Place modifications.  Our goal is to help you stay in your home comfortably and safely for as long as possible.   We also love the many stories that seniors have shared with us about their life experiences as it enriches our lives.
We do speak on senior-related topics for financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, health care professionals, and the general public including: Communication, Aging in Place for Independence, Downsizing, Home Assessment for Aging in Place or Downsizing, and Probate Real Estate.
WHY DID I GET INTO REAL ESTATE
My first buying and selling experiences as a consumer were awful.  I should really create a video on how bad it was because it's a good laugh... which I can say now with many years of perspective between then and now.  The individuals we worked with were nice enough people and they understood the paperwork process well.  The experience, itself - the interaction and advisement - were severely lacking.  My wife and I were simply dollar signs - a means to a paycheck.  There's too much on the line for that and consumers deserve more when one considers the size of the transaction when purchasing or selling a home.  Consumers don't want process experts - they want sales and service experts who understand the process and clear as many potholes along the road as possible to help them get what they want.
WHY I DO WHAT I DO
I feel fortunate to do what I do - teach and provide educated, professional guidance.  I've met a lot of good folks who started off nervous about the process... and about working together.  We taught them what we know to help build confidence in their own decisions... and we've had a lot of fun along the way.  Most importantly, I wanted to make a difference.  I had previously worked as a professional engineer and got tired of "cube-ville" and having limited control of the direction of my life.  I wanted to spend more time with my family and be more involved in my community.  I am appreciate of those who've worked with us - they've helped us to grow both professionally and personally - and we're appreciative of those we'll work with in the future.  To get up every day and have a chance to make a difference... how can I ask for anything more?

Bought a Condo home in 2014 in Bellingham, MA.

Ryan was very professional and prompt with any and all forms of contact when issues came up and was also able to provide expert advice with property information and closing processes. He was flexible with meeting locations and times. Ryan also has many years of experience in real estate and knows potential in possible properties.  More Less

Sold a home in 2013.

When I met Ryan, I wasn't sure what I wanted. My search area was gigantic and really had no direction. With Ryan's help, he asked a lot of questions and helped me define the area I needed to be looking in. He also introduced me to the thought of owning a multi-family property, which I'd never considered. He taught me how to analyze the property and ran a 5-year projection, which had me hooked. I ended up buying a 2-family and it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Without Ryan's help, I would probably still be looking. I'll definitely call Ryan when I'm ready to buy my next place.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in North Easton, MA.

My fiancĂ© and I probably spent more time working with Ryan that most clients. We looked at over 40 houses over a period of about 2 years. Ryan was great to deal with and his team took care of everything. We submitted all kinds of offers and often dealt with lots of competition because I was looking for a fixer-upper. In the end, all of those homes were in high demand, so he helped us find a great home in a neighborhood near the schools where we'll probably be for a long time. Ryan goes above and beyond for his clients. It's not everyday that you find a real estate agent who will schedule a showing on a Sunday afternoon with less than a hours notice ( on his bicycle).  More Less
