Ryan was referred to us from a real estate attorney we wanted to work with. One of the best decisions we ever made was to go ahead and work with Ryan and Jennifer. Right from the start, Ryan was very professional and you can tell that he knows what he is talking about. We worked with a different agent before Ryan and she was no where near his level of expertise. After looking at several homes, we found one we loved and Ryan walked us through the entire process. He puts together an impressive analysis with comparable sales in the area and what he believes from market conditions is a high and low price for the house. Since we were also first-time homebuyers, we had tons of questions. Jennifer is such a great asset to his team, always on top of things and very responsive to email and questions. If were we to ever buy/sell a house in the future, we would 110% go with Ryan and Jennifer. Thanks for all your help in finding our home.
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Brockton, MA.
We hired Ryan after our previous agent wasn't able to help us sell our home. We'd actually been talking to Ryan for a while - he wasn't pushy and was very helpful. When he listed out\r home, he had his professional photographer come in - we were thrilled with the marketing that was done because we'd put so much into renovating our home. It came out beautifully. We had some issues with our title and Ryan was very helpful in guiding things along. He actually sold the house multiple times for more than we originally had it listed. The title issue really made it difficult but Ryan got it done. He even took the time to stick around and play basketball with our son - we never felt rushed.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Taunton, MA.
I listed my home in Taunton in March of 2014. Although Ryan wasn't overly familiar with the market there, he did extensive research and presented us with a very comprehensive analysis of the current and expected market. He gave expert advise on strategy, expectations and timing. Being somewhat of a control freak, it was difficult relinquishing control of the process, but Ryan proved his expertise at every turn, and quickly gained my trust. The house sold in exactly the time frame that he expected, and he quickly worked with us in finding a new home. I highly recommend Ryan's team! His assistant Jennifer is one of the most organized and helpful people we've had the pleasure of working with.

Ryan and his team provide a straight forward, no nonsense approach when discussing upgrades, staging and pricing. Ryan and his team ensured that we had all of the necessary information to make an informed, fact based decision when it came to selling our house. Sold a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Quincy, MA.
Ryan is very knowledgeable with his profession. He understands the current market condition and makes sure you understand it as well. This way you know you know what you are getting into. Ex: Is it a good time to sell/buy in the current market. He also is very patient. I looked just using his online tool for six months before I went to see a house. He can be hands on or hands off. At first I went to see the open houses on my own since I didn't need him to be there. However, if I wanted him to come with me to see a house, he did.
He explains the P&S agreement better than a lawyer. He also had a checklist for all the things I needed to do before listing the house. He also came with me to the close and went over the HUD. But before that he sent me a quick video that explains what I would need and should bring. He also can explain most if not all the documents that are in a close process on the buy and sale side. In my recent sale, I almost wanted to ask the buyer if he wanted to borrow my agent to help him understand some of the forms he was signing. I recommend Ryan to anyone.
Ryan was great help from day 1. He was very accomadating with our busy schedule times and was always abaliable. He was very knowlegable about the local area as well as the whole process. I would def pick him as my realtor agaim.
Ryan took the time to show us many different houses and was very accommodating with our busy schedules. We actually put in offers on (3) different houses until we got an offer that was accepted. He made sure we didn’t put in any offers that were too high if the house wasn’t worth it. His main goal was getting us the right house at the right price and after what seemed like forever we finally got it. We will definitely be using him again in the future!
We recently listed our home with Ryan Cook. His business philosophy "Expect First Class" never fell short. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism in all aspects of bringing our property to the market and negotiating a quick sale. We are ecstatic with the results.
Following his lead we made necessary upgrades, and staged the home both inside and outside. His network of contacts teamed to allow this process to meet our budget. What really secured the target buyer was the home design photography layout and high-tech marketing supplied by Ryan.
From start to closing Ryan was always accessible and prepared to address the tasks at hand.
We sold our home the first weekend on the market and received a buy in excess to the listing price.
Thank you Ryan. "We got First Class!"

Ryan's belief is "everybody should expect first class service" - and first class service is exactly what you get with Ryan. As a first time homebuyer I was grateful for Ryan's guidance, knowledge, and professionalism, and was so touched by his patience and thoughtfulness each step of the way. Ryan connected me to 'the best of the best' in lenders, inspectors, and lawyers - and from our first meeting to the closing working with Ryan (and his wonderful partner Janet) felt natural and easy. Every step of the way I was grateful to be in his good hands. The true test of any professional relationship is the question "would you refer this person to your friends and family?" and my answer is 100% yes. Do yourself a favor and call Ryan - he is truly first class!
