Thomas came highly recommended and he lived up to all my expectations. Thomas's knowledge and expertise were quickly apparent. He was very thorough in getting to know me and what would suit my family the best, which saved much time and frustration from not having to view houses that may have looked nice but would not have served our needs. Thomas is not just a real estate professional he was a trusted advisor, an industry expert, a shrewd negotiator and most importantly a friend. I can't imagine spending this much money and not enjoying the expereince, Thomas was a big part of that he took care of all the little things and let us enjoy the experience and excitement. He helped me understand the best areas for resale, schooling and overall long term value. When it came down to the final purchase price, Tomas' superb negotiation skills and strategies got me the property at a price below the assessment value (determined by the bank when doing the valuation for the mortgage). He also negotiated in a year's home warrantee (something I'd not even though about) to be paid by the sellers as part of the final purchase offer.
Overall, Thomas turned out to be the consummate professional, took care of all my relocation needs, and saved me thousands in the final purchase of my new home here in Raleigh. Thanks, Thomas!…More Less
