Bought a home in 2011.
What a great experience with Jon, I was a first time home buyer and I looked at quite a few homes ,Jon made me feel very comfortable and very much in the know of quality and construction of any potential investment. I never felt rushed with Jon and was even sent by e-mail potential homes of my interest particularly with enough space for horses.
When I chose the home I'm in now Jon found out quickly that the home had gone to aution and it looked as if my dream home and property would not come to a reality for me, however Jon knew exactly what to do having experience in this area where others did not and was able to secure the home at the price I was able to offer.
He walked me through the whole buying experience and made me feel good.
I hold Jon in high regard, recommending him is with pleasure.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Leesburg, FL.
Jon is very professional and yet he is very personal. We found a home in Florida through John. We are from near Buffalo, NY and had to do it in a short period of time. Jon dedicated his time to us while we were there to accomplish our goals. I cannot say enough about how helpful he was. I would not hesitate to reccomend him to anyone looking for or selling a home.

In less than almost 6 months Jon was able to make our dream come true, we got our new home, it was amazing and his knowledge and kindness won us. He is great, and we felt that he was more of a friend then just someone trying to sell a home, he literally turned our first time as home buyers into an unforgettable experience. We love Jon!

The experience I had was with Jonathon Byrom. He is an awesome realtor. Hes very knowledgale. There was not a question that he did not or could not get an answer for us for. He went over and beyond to help us buy a home and once we found one and closed, he was still helping us out. For example, I day that we closed we went to our new house to start moving things, but the gate clicker didnt work nor did the key pad to put in a code. Jonathon dove all the way from his house at 10:00pm at night to help me get in the gate. I also have had an issue with one of our interior doors and Jonathan called around to help us find someone to fix it. Overall, Jonathan is a fantastic realtor and would recommend him to anyone I know looking to move in the area.
