Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Manchester, CT.
Fran is an excellent knowledgeable real estate agent. She was excellent to work with. She sold our house at a price much higher than we expected and helped us negotiate a fantastic deal on our new house. She was with us every step of the way. She always gave feedback after showings and gave us good advice to help it sell. She after many years she still drops by with gifts and tokens of her appreciation. I highly recommend Fran. We would use her again in a minute!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Ashford, CT.
Fran was very patient with us, as we spent quite a long time looking intermittently at homes in the Coventry/Mansfield/Ashford area, waiting for just the right one. She brought a lot of energy and an eye for the possibilities, but also a realistic and critical view, to each home that we looked at. Once we decided on a home, she was aggressive in the negotiations and entirely on top of the paperwork and the process.

Bought a Single Family home in 1993 in Boynton Beach, FL.
Fran helped my husband and I purchase our first home and has helped the referrals provided sell their homes and purchase their new homes more than once. Definitely will work with her again and I highly recommend every one else to as you will not be disappointed.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in East Hartford, CT.
I am not lying! This wonderful lady is the highest qualified, educated, negotiator, etc etc. in the Real Estate business in this area. If you plan on buying or selling a home your best bet is to get a pro and Fran is a pro. I am so happy I'm kissing the bluestone in my backyard everyday wondering how I got here and who blessed me with this wonderful lady. Fran, thank you so much, I love you always. Danny and family.

Sold a Single Family home in 2006 in Manchester, CT.
Fran has represented me in 2 home sales and 1 home purchase over the years and has been a wonderful agent to deal with. I will only use Frans agency when needing realty services and highly recommend her to other Friends and Family whenever I get the chance. She is Awesome and Extremely Knowledgeable!!
