Summary:

We used Alex to refinance our home. He held our hands every step of the way, giving us timely and frequent updates as to the status of the process. He was very accommodating re: time of day to meet us, etc. He even came over the night the notary arrived for the signing of all the documents, just in case any questions arose. Throughout the process, we definitely felt that Alex was working on our behalf and in our best interests. He was very patient in explaining all the details of refinancing, and we felt very comfortable with him throughout the process.
