We used Alex to refinance our home. He held our hands every step of the way, giving us timely and frequent updates as to the status of the process. He was very accommodating re: time of day to meet us, etc. He even came over the night the notary arrived for the signing of all the documents, just in case any questions arose. Throughout the process, we definitely felt that Alex was working on our behalf and in our best interests. Alex was a pleasure to deal with. He obtain a superb refinance rate for our house. He was quick to answer all of our questions and kept us inform throughout the whole process. Alex even came to our house the day the notary came when we signed the papers. He found some missing documents and went to Kinkos to make copies for us. Overall we had a great experience with Alex.
