Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Lancaster, OH.
Before you contact ANY other agent please take a moment to give Faith a call or email. We were able to get a contract on my Grandmother's house in 6 days from the list date!
It was very important for us to have an agent who responded right away and answered our questions and concerns as we had already moved my Grandma to another state. Faith responded via text or email right away whenever I contacted her. Not only did Faith help us when we were clearing out the house but went out of her way to work any and all issues as they came up. I don't think we would have had such a smooth process if we hadn't picked Faith to be our agent! Wonderful doesn't begin to describe this agent.

I listed my home in Pickerington with Faith during a very difficult time for home sales. She was undeterred by the bleak housing outlook and concentrated on marketing my home as though she expected it to sell. She was right-- it did sell!

I would highly recommend Faith Mulroy for your real estate needs. Faith handled the sale of my house and the purchase of a new house and was always responsive, professional and courteous. She always returned phone calls and emails promptly and always kept me "in the loop".

Sold a home in 2012.
Faith goes the extra distance for her clients. As a seller, she became engaged with the buyers after they experienced trouble with their lender. Had Faith not been involved, our house wouldn't have sold. She's working equally as hard to locate properties for us as buyers. Couldn't be happier.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Faith Mulroy for your real estate needs. I mostly appreciated the fact that Faith would return my phone call or answer my email promptly. If she did not have an answer to my question, she would get one without any delay. Faith was especially wonderful in the fact that she would take care of something that needed attention at my home if I were out of town. You will not regret having Faith in your corner.

Our moving experience was very challening. Faith Mulroy was an angel sent from above, she made a way when it seemed like there was no way. Her knowledge, responsiveness and skills are remarkable and the compassion she shows to her clients are geniune. Faith has showed her loyalty as my agent from the beginning to the end. No if ands or buts about it if you are in the market for an agent , this is the person you would want.
