It was by far the most pleasant real estate call I've made.. There was zero pressure and 100 percent knowledge of the area which was a homerun right from the start.. We had previously listed our home with another realtor and it had been on the market for almost a year with almost no activity/interest. After interviewing several realtor agents we decided to go with Bob and Vicki. It was the best decision we made. Their preparation prior to listing the home was meticulous. They had a professional photographer come in and take photos of the home to use in a one page flyer for the home. They had all of the web sites ready prior to opening the listing.
We received a realistic offer on the home within 6 weeks of the listing. They helped us throughout the closing process with advice and assistance. One of the sellers was in London at the time of the sale and they made it very easy to handle the whole process.
