Summary:

Fay is a true expert on Puget Sound waterfront properties. She has lived on the water all her life and her personal ownership experience and professional sales knowledge far exceed anything the average agent or home owner would ever know. I have worked with her on very complex waterfront transactions involving zoning, first and second class tidelands, bulkhead and setback restrictions.
